Refund policy

Overview

Every piece is created with care, and we want you to feel good about your purchase. If your artwork isn’t a perfect match, here’s how returns are handled:

Art Prints and Frames

Unframed prints are eligible for returns.

Framed prints and stretched prints, not eligible for returns as these items are “made-to-order”.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, please email us at support@nmcreative.shop. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

A refund will be made to your original payment method, minus a 15% restocking fee.

Please note: Return shipping is not included and must be paid by the customer.

All returns must be:

  • Shipped back in the original packaging
  • In like-new, resalable condition

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. If a return arrives damaged or shows signs of wear, we may be unable to issue a refund.

Original Art

All original art sales are final. Cancellations, exchanges and refunds are not available.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@nmcreative.shop. Include clear photos of the item and its packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellations

Cancellations or changes to your order can only be made within 24 hours of purchase.
